We provide a range of minor surgical procedures for our equine patients. Some procedures can be done on your farm, others are done in our purpose-built, air-conditioned clinic.

1. Which procedures can be performed at my farm, and which require a visit to the clinic?

Some procedures, including certain castrations, mass removals, and wound treatments, may be performed at the farm or clinic. Dental extractions and eye removal are performed at our clinic. We’ll advise you based on your horse’s needs.

2. Can you evaluate and treat a mass or a summer sore that may need removal?

Yes. We can examine the area and discuss appropriate treatment. Our surgical services include mass removal and summer sore debridement or removal.
